Built around who is buying

The service scope is the same for everyone. What changes is which part of it carries the risk.

What is the same for everyone

Whichever category you fall into, the mechanics do not change: a written specification, verified suppliers, an approved reference sample, inspection before release, and a fee stated separately from the goods. Anyone promising a fundamentally different process for your segment is selling positioning rather than work.

What changes is where the risk sits

Amazon FBA sellersYou never see the goods. A defect becomes public, permanent and account-level before you learn about it, which makes inspection the highest-return spend in the project.
DropshippersNo inventory means no opportunity to inspect. The risk is not a bad container — it is that quality drifts invisibly until refunds surface it.
Wholesalers and distributorsThe exposure is structural: one supplier carrying too much of your range. A single failure becomes a catalogue-wide problem.
Private label brandsTooling sits in someone else's factory and trademarks are first-to-file. Both are cheap to fix before production and expensive afterwards.
Enterprise procurementThe work has to survive an internal review months later. Findings that exist only as a message thread are, for your purposes, missing.

If you are between categories

Plenty of buyers are — an FBA seller moving into wholesale, or a dropshipper launching a brand. The transition itself is usually where the sourcing decision gets made badly, because the habits that worked at the previous scale stop working. If that is you, say so in the enquiry; it changes what we recommend more than your current category does.
