Distance, language and the inability to walk into the building are the three reasons sourcing from China goes wrong. Everything below exists to remove one of them.
Why choose a China sourcing agent?
Buying direct looks cheaper on the quotation and often is not. The costs that do the damage are the ones that arrive later: a supplier who turned out to be a trading company, a sample that did not match the production run, a container that cleared customs three weeks late because one document was wrong.
An agent absorbs those. You get local market knowledge instead of guesswork on price, someone physically present at the factory instead of photographs, and one working relationship instead of a dozen fragmented ones across a twelve-hour time difference.
The benefits worth naming plainly: cost savings from buying at the right level of the supply chain, time saved by not managing suppliers yourself, and risk reduced by catching problems while the goods are still in China.

Our sourcing services for global buyers
The service scope is the same for everyone; the weighting is not. We work from single-product sourcing through to full procurement management, and most clients move along that scale as volume grows.
| E-commerce sellers | Amazon and Shopify sellers: product sourcing, packaging and labelling, inspection, and preparation for onward fulfilment. |
| Importers and wholesalers | Multi-SKU catalogues, repeat orders, consolidation across several factories into a single shipment. |
| Dropshippers | Smaller quantities, faster turnaround, factory pricing without holding a full container. |
| Enterprise procurement | Formal supplier qualification, documented audits, and reporting that survives an internal review. |
How our sourcing process works
Six stages, and you are told where your order is at each one. The point of naming them is that a delay at stage four reaches you while stage four is still happening.
- Inquiry. You send specifications, quantity, target price and delivery window.
- Sourcing. We identify and vet candidate factories, and audit the shortlist.
- Sampling. Samples are collected, labelled and compared; you approve before anything is committed.
- Production. Order placed on your instructions, with production followed up on the floor.
- Inspection. Pre-shipment inspection, with a written report before release.
- Shipping. Consolidation, freight booking, export documentation and customs clearance.
Industries we serve
Electronics, furniture, garments and general consumer goods make up most of what moves through us — and each belongs to a different market. Shenzhen for electronics, Foshan for furniture, Guangzhou for garments and the trade fair, Yiwu for small commodities, Ningbo for getting it all onto the water.
What sets us apart from other sourcing agents
- A vetted factory network, not a search result. The shortlist you receive comes from suppliers we have already been inside, not from a platform listing.
- Inspection is documented, not described. You get the written report, with findings, before goods are released — not a message saying it went fine.
- The fee is stated, not buried. We do not take ownership of your goods, so the unit price stays visible to you and our fee sits beside it.
- One point of contact. A dedicated account manager from first enquiry through to delivery.
| 30% | Furniture importer cut costs by 30% after production was re-sourced to audited factories in Foshan and terms renegotiated across the catalogue. |
| 100% | Toy retailer improved quality with inspections — every batch inspected before release, with written reports. |
