What we do, stage by stage

Four core services. Most projects use all of them; plenty of clients start with just one, on suppliers they already have.

Which of these do you actually need?

Most buyers ask for the whole engagement when they need one piece of it, or ask for one piece when the problem is somewhere else. A short diagnostic:

You have no supplier yetStart with verification. Everything downstream is wasted effort if the company is not what it claims to be.
You have a supplier but the quality moves between batchesInspection alone, on your existing supplier. This is the single highest-return thing most importers are not doing.
The order is large enough that failure would hurtAdd a factory audit before committing. Capacity relative to your order predicts delays better than any other single question.
Your goods come from several suppliersConsolidation and freight is usually where the money is, not the unit price.
You are entering a category you do not knowThe full engagement. This is what an agent is actually for.
You have run the same supplier for years with your own inspection and freightProbably none of them. We will tell you so rather than sell you something.

How the services relate to each other

Verification asks whether a company is real. An audit asks whether a factory can produce acceptable goods repeatedly. Inspection asks whether this batch is acceptable. They answer different questions and none substitutes for another — a supplier can pass verification, fail an audit, and still ship one good batch.

The ordering matters too. Verification before quoting, audit before committing, inspection before releasing. Done in that sequence each one narrows the risk the next has to catch. Done out of sequence, you pay for all three and still find the problem at your own warehouse.

What is not a service

We do not sell "supplier lists". A list without verification is what a search engine already gives you for free, and selling it would mean our incentive is to produce names rather than to produce the right one. We also do not take ownership of goods, which is why our fee sits beside the factory price rather than inside it — see pricing.
