How this site is built to be usable, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us it broke.

Because the answer to "do you source counterfeits" should not depend on whether a buyer thought to ask. Publishing a refusal list costs us the enquiries we would have turned down anyway, and saves everyone the conversation.
Two of these pages are also there for our own protection. What we will not source is a boundary we can point to when asked. Payment security exists because if a client is ever defrauded by someone impersonating us, the rule they needed will have been published in advance.
The commercial terms
The Terms of Service cover use of this site and our role as your agent. The Privacy Policy covers personal data, and you can make a data request at any time. A project is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you — where that differs from anything here, the agreement wins.
